Fields Mail uses authorized Gmail data—including your email address, messages, recipients, labels, and attachments—to display, search, synchronize, organize, and send email. Drafts and local plans support these features.
Storage and sharing
Downloaded mail, drafts, attachments, and plans are stored on your device. A private backend processes Gmail requests and stores action records. Google authorization tokens are held in protected cloud storage. Google and Cloudflare process data to operate the service; email goes to your chosen recipients.
Requested AI reviews and approved unsubscribe tasks use Google’s Gemini service to process the selected email, your instruction, and unsubscribe pages. Approved unsubscribes open the selected mailing-list site. Results, corrections, and browser evidence are saved privately. Optional contact photos stay on your device.
Gmail data is not sold or used for advertising. Fields Mail follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Saved data remains until removed; deleting mail in Gmail can leave local copies. Revoke access in Google Account connections. Revocation does not erase saved data. For deletion of device data, tokens, and backend records, contact the app administrator using the support email on the Google consent screen. Exported copies and backups must be removed separately.
This website
This website has no mailbox access or app-added analytics. Hosting providers may retain ordinary access logs. This notice will be updated if data practices change.
